Terms and Conditions – Will PKR Online Betting Platform

Welcome to Will PKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and Will PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Will PKR is an online entertainment and betting platform accessible at willpkr.net, offering sports betting, online casino games, Ludo gaming, virtual sports and related services to users in Pakistan.

By registering an account on Will PKR, accessing the platform, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Will PKR services.

These Terms should be read together with Will PKR's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific bonus terms that may apply to promotions you claim. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

To register and use Will PKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an existing Will PKR account holder. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for any purpose.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a Will PKR employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid payment method. Will PKR may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any point. These typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) copy and a recent bank or mobile wallet statement.

Will PKR reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts registered with false information will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

Will PKR operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the process.

The following payment methods are accepted on Will PKR:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a method verified as belonging to the account holder. Will PKR does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempts to withdraw to unverified accounts will be held until KYC verification is completed.

Will PKR does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Will PKR's control. The amounts shown in your Will PKR account are always the net PKR amounts after any provider fees.

Will PKR regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on Will PKR, you agree to comply with both the specific and general bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions that apply to all Will PKR promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed in full before the bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly before you claim it.
• Wagering requirements on Will PKR are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 30,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute 10–15%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports bets contribute 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50. Virtual sports contribute 100%. The specific contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering must be completed within the validity period shown in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Will PKR reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Offers that have already been claimed remain active under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

All sports bets, casino bets and game rounds placed on Will PKR are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after the event they relate to has started, except where Will PKR's in-play cash-out feature is available and the user exercises that option voluntarily.

Sports Betting: Will PKR offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket, football and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you click "Place Bet" are the odds that will apply to your bet, provided the bet is confirmed within the offer window. If odds move between you clicking "Place Bet" and the bet being confirmed, Will PKR will notify you of the change and ask whether you wish to proceed at the revised odds.

Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum scheduled time required for bets to stand (as defined per sport and market in Will PKR's sports betting rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to account balances.

Casino and Live Dealer Games: All casino game results on Will PKR are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for digital games, and by physical card dealing and wheel spinning for live dealer games. Game results are final once the round is completed. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, Will PKR's system records the game state at the point of failure. The resolution depends on the game state — if a winner was determinable, the result stands; if not, bets are voided and stakes returned.

Ludo Games: Will PKR's real-money Ludo games use a certified digital dice system. Each dice roll is independently generated and no player or operator intervention is possible after a roll is initiated. Results displayed in the game interface are final. Game logs are retained for 90 days and are available to players on request for dispute resolution purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Will PKR username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Will PKR will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Will PKR support immediately. Prompt reporting limits your liability for unauthorised activity. Will PKR is not responsible for losses that result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to use Will PKR solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering. Will PKR is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities under applicable regulations and will do so without providing advance notice to the account holder concerned.

Automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence assistants or any other software designed to interact with Will PKR's platform in place of or in addition to manual human play are strictly prohibited. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban.

Will PKR is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered Will PKR users at no cost and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Will PKR account. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that appear after you have been logged into Will PKR for a specified duration. These are reminders only and do not force a logout.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-ups during casino play showing your net win/loss for the current session. These cannot be disabled once activated without a 24-hour delay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Will PKR account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During the cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Will PKR account with no option to reopen it. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately. Any balance at the time of self-exclusion is returned to your verified payment method.

To activate any of these tools, visit the Responsible Gaming section of your account or contact Will PKR support. Requests made via support are actioned within 2 hours during business hours and within 4 hours outside business hours.

All content on the Will PKR platform — including but not limited to the Will PKR name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds and software — is the intellectual property of Will PKR or its licensed third-party providers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from any Will PKR content without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and others remains the intellectual property of those providers. Will PKR licenses this content and does not claim ownership over it. Any use of third-party game content outside of the Will PKR platform constitutes infringement of those providers' intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of any personal content you provide to Will PKR in connection with your account, including identification documents and payment information. By providing this information, you grant Will PKR a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for the purposes of account verification and service provision.

Will PKR provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Will PKR's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your Will PKR account at the time the claim arises. Will PKR is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed in error by the user
• Losses resulting from the user's failure to read and understand applicable odds, game rules or bonus terms
• Technical failures on the user's device, internet connection or mobile network
• Delays in payment processing caused by the user's payment provider
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Will PKR's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

You may close your Will PKR account at any time by contacting support and requesting account closure. If you have an account balance at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Will PKR may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity associated with your account
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification
• You are found to hold multiple accounts on the platform
• You engage in bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited software
• Continuing to operate your account would expose Will PKR to legal or regulatory risk

Where an account is closed by Will PKR due to a breach of these Terms, Will PKR reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including winnings that were generated in circumstances that constitute the breach. In all other cases of termination initiated by Will PKR for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any balance is returned in full.

If you have a complaint about Will PKR's services, you should contact our support team in the first instance. Most queries and complaints are resolved at this level within 24 hours. When contacting support about a dispute, please provide your account username, the date and time of the relevant event or transaction, and a clear description of your concern.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your support interaction, you may escalate your complaint to Will PKR's complaints team at support@willpkr.net with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the team and a written response is provided within 5 working days.

Will PKR's decisions on betting disputes involving the interpretation of game rules, settlement of bets and the application of bonus terms are final, subject only to demonstrable computational error or system fault. Will PKR will not re-examine decisions based solely on a user's preference for a different outcome.

Will PKR collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights as a data subject are described fully in Will PKR's Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on Will PKR, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for certain types of processing at any time, though withdrawal of consent for essential data processing required to operate your account may necessitate account closure.

Will PKR does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or as necessary to operate the platform. All third-party data processors engaged by Will PKR are contractually required to maintain appropriate data security standards.
